Growing up in India in a huge joint family set up I really never got an opportunity to try my hands in cooking up until I landed in America 20 years ago and had to set up and run my own home kitchen without assistance for the very first time in my life and instantly knew it was my happy place and thats when my experimentation with cooking started. Despite lacking formal culinary education, I've dedicated more than last two decades of my life to exploring and crafting delightful dishes. The skills, techniques, and the secrets passed down through generations, as well as my experience gained through years of experimenting with my husband and two wonderful daughters and of course lots and lots of friends form the foundation of my culinary workshop.
